ROYO performs the physical management of the stored products using an IT system to which the clients have private and encrypted access to check and verify the status of their merchandise:
- We determine the location of the products.
On receipt, ROYO assigns a storage location depending on the characteristics of the product (food or non-food). Cold storage required, or not.
- We save the materials flow in the warehouse and the method used to move the products.
We know at all times the location of the merchandise and the movement and handling of the same that we have performed.
- We control the stock of the merchandise.
Every month we know and verify the stock in our system with what is physically in stock.
- We control the tracking of the stored products.
We record the master data or the data set by our clients about each one of the products that we receive.
- We take responsibility for preparing the orders (picking, parking).
On the mandate of our client we prepare the order for shipment of the merchandise according to their instructions.
- We take care of the distribution.
We take the merchandise to where the client wants us to.
- We have security systems.
These systems guarantee the physical security and quality of all the merchandise stored through the implementation of alarms, access control, good practice, and a food security system.
